What makes the difference between Open Beta from 2nd February and Sabre patch?
We updated the Open beta once with these changes below. The reason we have Open betas is for two reasons, one of them is for us to find issues that we can fix for the release of a patch, and the second is to give modders a heads-up and time to update to the latest patch! Hope this information helps!

Just out of curiosity: Where did you draw that info from (both on the number of patches and their "size")? While I can see that the "operation map" we got can be used for some educated guessing on the number of patch releases, I wasn't even aware so far that the war-effort patches differ in size at all by a significant extend (excluding the one hotfix we got here).
The map is the only one you can see, everything else is just guessing.

Steamdb or similar services can only see what we upload as Steam packages, and when we develop we run everything locally via version control, so it would be impossible to even have people see the contents of the next patches, even if you'd look at SteamDB

Concerning Bulgaria:
It has somehow slipped everyone's attention, but Bulgaria starts with an already hired advisor in 1936 start.
I've noticed it in last patch, but it is still here and now - Georgi Kyoseivanov.

Concerning Romanian leaders and fascist party, it really would necessitate a whole other detailed post.
He has always been there

But why?
There's no special mechanic that necessitates him being there from day 0, unlike Yagoda for Soviets, AFAIK. I am aware of no other situation. It's not like he cannot be removed or rehired. He just is and is a free day 0 150 points giving bonus stability and PPs.
he partially offsets the Second national catastrophe for a while before he either leaves or the player modifies the second national catastrophe.

Which ones?
AI USA adopted the industrial "meta" of players: in 1945 its have 90% of factories being MIL's, only 10% being CIV's.
Its change the law to limited exports, so ins't more stuck on lack of steel(specially when axis control near entire world).

I forget to look if AI still addicted to armoured car. by other side, i noticed the AI are making effort to put medium tanks on the field(i think that one is have mention on some previous patch notes).

I'll repeat my suggestions this time too because I still think they're very important, even if the relationship bug has been fixed.

Can we update Turkey, and specifically the balkan path. The path is very broken. Greece randomly leaves your faction to join the allies even when it's already in your faction. The path is also just way too painful with all the 70 day focusses. By the time you get to inviting bulgaria to your faction they're always already in the axis, and you cannot invite them, making the path really bad and not worth it. It'd be great if the path could be shortened by having several more 35 day focusses rather than 70 so we can actually invite Bulgaria before they join the axis. It'd be great if there was also a way to have hungary be able to get invited to your faction and some general other flavor things because the path feels very lackluster and not worth it. For one, I'd add a 35 day focus that allows you to request a cypriot federation independence from the brittish (after greece is in the faction) and have them join your faction, and also to be able to mediate border disputes with your faction members such as hungary being able to get north transylvania or bulgaria being able to get macedonia with turkey as the mediator to take the role germany takes historically but peacefully. Lastly I feel there should be an idealogy drift defense modifier (unaligned/democratic) somewhere in the path for all faction members because romania randomly going fascist when they're in your faction makes little sense when the faction stands for anti-imperialism.

While I can't speak for everyone, I believe we all truly appreciate all of these patches fixing past DLC's and addressing many low/mid level issues the player community has raised in the past.

Looking forward to the next round, Operation Pike!

Hello.
Dear developers. if you can, please introduce in the game some events with historical changes of French PMs in the historical regime.
Blum-Daladier-Reynaud.
It would significantly improve French historical flavor.
Also, please, make the historical PM change in the South Africa. Just after the SA's entry in the war on the British side James Herzog should resign (he didn't like the English after the Second Anglo-Boer War) and Jan Smuts should take over the PM's chair.
Thanks.
