Gameplay
- Improved the performance of the Tech Tree panel.
- Added support for the game to remember used specialists even after saving and loading the game.
- Previously you could get the same specialist you had before if the game had been saved and loaded since losing that specialist.
- Updated the intro video.
- Various optimization fixes to improve the stability.
- Optimized save data screenshot memory usage so that the game is less likely to crash during saving.
- Optimized colony exploration save memory usage.
- Optimized terrain memory usage.
- Optimized the UIText performance to ensure better performance when any panels with text are opened in the game.
- Optimized translation bank memory usage to ensure the game shows the text in the game faster instead of showing blank spaces.
- Optimized building shader performance to ensure buildings look better in the game.
- Fixed an input issue when upgrading buildings.
- Fixed an issue that caused the Botanical Garden and Public House buildings to not show their water work areas.
- Removed the feedback button from the controller layouts in the game as it is not in use.
- Fixed issues with the Help Menu texts that would show them in English despite the selected language.
Graphics
- Increased the resolution of road texture and decals to make the game visually a bit sharper.
- Fixed an issue that caused the snow to not work properly with buildings and trees.
- Increased the resolution of some atlas textures to increase the level of details in certain graphics.
- Updated event images.
- Fixed an issue with the building cloth wind animation that would cause them to jitter.
- This can be seen best with buildings such as the Food Storage.
- Reduced the error with the terrain pixels.
- This error would cause the lakes and other shapes in the colony ground to change their shape when zoomed in or out.
