Auction Off Artifact [CK3 1.8 version; OBSOLETE for 1.9 and up]

Description
This mod has been rendered obsolete with the Tours & Tournaments patch, which introduced a very similar button to sell artifacts in vanilla! The mod will remain on the Steam Workshop to be used for playing CK3 version 1.8.x. Disable it if you are playing later versions of the game.

This mini-mod lets you sell your artifacts; or smash them if you are an iconoclast and the artifact is religious. The decision destroys the artifact in both cases.

Localised in English; 中文 (thanks to CN_LZY); Français (thanks to Zerosu); Русский (thanks to Mixer); 한국어 (thanks to ㅇㅇ (182.231)); Deutsch (thanks to Nico-Elton); Español (thanks to Hiperi0n)

Compatible with most mods, maybe not the most ambitious UI mods (ones that change the files window_artifact_details.gui, window_inventory.gui, window_royal_court.gui). If in doubt, put this mod first in the loading order; later mods will simply override some of my placed buttons without any other functionality impact.

NO, BUT THAT WAS ONLY BECAUSE I DOWNLOADED IT BACK WHEN IT WORKED AND NEVER CHECKED BACK. I HAD TO TROUBLESHOOT MY MOD LIST.

Ok, looks like I'll be making a mod to just get rid of the rank restriction. It's probably going to be a different mod as all it would do is change a line of backend script whereas this one has UI.

Turns out the new "destroy artifact" feature Paradox added isn't as simple and smooth as this mod and so I am still using this mod. Playing as the King of England, I wasn't able to get rid/sell any artifact of blue or higher quality. This mod is much better and lets me clean the junk out of my court.

can anyone tell me how to find the function to sell artifacts added by paradox? I can't find any option for it

Hope you'll reconsider. The functionality Paradox "added" limits you to either having a particular religious tenet. Otherwise, it's a half measure and you still get spammed with artifact decay messages and silly relic claim wars.
